Welcome to my little blog, The Eerie Attic! As a Gen Z "monster kid", I grew up on classic Halloween/spooky kid nostalgia blogs like The Haunted Closet, Scar Stuff, and The Horrors of it All. After all these years, I've been wanting to make my own little blog, and so here it is! A nice, ghoulish place to share some of my favorite Halloween/horror/spooky nostalgia.

If you're hoping for any kind of posting schedule, I'm sorry to say that this is not the blog for you. I may get really excited and post once every day for a few days in a row, then go radio silent for a month. Such is the nature of this beast we call "being an adult with a job and a social life."

But stick around and see what happens! There'll be plenty of spooky stuff to make your skin crawl and the hairs on the back of your neck rise... along with the pleasant little bevy of personal stories about how much of a wuss I was back in the day I first encountered these things.
